On the music front, there’s a surprising show from Offset at club staple Sugar, and you’ll find live shows at local favorites Blueprint Livehouse and Speakerbox. But Cloud 11 is the spot to be this weekend with Summer Salt with WIM and Matt Maltese all playing this venue.
If you’re after food, you can hit up Front Room for some island flavors, or head over to EmQuartier for some American craft beer.

Offset
This one was a bit of a shock when it was announced. Grammy-nominated rap superstar Offset arrives in Bangkok for an exclusive live performance at none other than Sugar Club. At the Bangkok Island Pier, starting at 6:30pm, you’ll find guest speakers and open debate with this Suzeteo event, where everyone can talk about big ideas on the riverside and go away a little wiser. More info here.
Afro Night
Rhythm of Diaspora returns to Revo Bangkok for Afrobeats, Amapiano, Calypso, Soca, Dancehall, and Hip Hop. Expect DJ Tone and DJ PrimeLife with special performers from dancers and a live percussionist starting at 10pm. More info here.
Front Room x Baan Suan Lung Khai
Going until Aug 16, Baan Suan Lung Khai arrives at Front Room for the flavors of Koh Samui for Tastes of Thailand 2026. Expect an elegant Thai menu for both lunch and dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. More info here.

Kicking off your Friday early at 6pm, Joe Rolet takes over the penthouse of Apt 101. Expect support from the likes of Alex Pitt and Alex Edels. Apt 101 has been bringing good parties all year, so this is a good bet. More info here.
Brewers Association Craft Beer Pairing Dinner
Don’t believe what they tell you about American beer. The yanks can brew. Some of America’s most renowned independent craft breweries land at EmQuartier for one big Saturday in Bangkok. You can go early at noon, but this one goes all the way to 10pm. More info here.
Rat Section Live at Bangkok Kunsthalle
Bangkok Kunsthalle presents Rat Section for a one-night performance joined by Wasawat Somno with Niwit Lertsawaengkit and Medulla Spinalis. B450 gets you in the door, B400 online, and this one gets going at 7:30pm. More info here.

It’s always a good weekend to check out Bangkok’s favorite live music venues. Down at Blueprint Livehouse at 7pm, Slur will be playing a one-night only show. Get your B500 tickets early because it’s B800 at the door. More info here.
