The brand we all know has launched the Nobu Bar concept. As well as being the highest Nobu on the planet, this space has been garnering plaudits for its drinks and nightlife vibe. Now, they’re in the cocktail game in earnest.
Bangkok, Thailand, 10 August 2026 – Nobu Bangkok, the world's highest Nobu restaurant, announces the official opening of Nobu Bar, located on the 57th floor of EA Rooftop at The Empire.
Found on the 57th floor at The Empire, This EA Rooftop destination is going with a “Sound and Sensation” theme mixing tunes (with DJs Friday and Saturday) with new drinks. To kick off, Nobu Bar is featuring a collection of ten signature cocktails that reinterpret the classics.
"Nobu Bar is a natural extension of the Nobu experience,” says GM Judah Tan. "It is a place where guests can come together over exceptional cocktails, enjoy an ever-evolving soundtrack, and experience Bangkok from a unique perspective.”
Headed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his Hollywood backers, the Nobu Bangkok was first announced in 2021 and took three long years to finally open. Today, it stands as the hottest dining venue at EA Rooftop.
