With its glasshouse setting and forest-like decor of dangling ferns and flowers, The Blooming Gallery is a new tea spot with an artistic edge.
The menu takes influence from Monet’s impressionist paintings, serving 22 imported teas and five house blends such as Original Mommy’s Nursing Tea (banana blossom, ginger, black pepper, B180) and My Dear Rose (rose fruit tea, B180).
There's also a selection of comforting dishes like home fries made from Japanese purple sweet potatoes (B150), kaprao quinoa (prawn, B280/wagyu beef, B350), and fettuccine with truffle sauce (B350).
Desserts include A Path in The Forest (soft cheesecake topped with matcha green tea mousse fresh cream and matcha powder, B380), The Blooming Garden (pistachio chocolate lava cake, pistachio gelato, B350), and scones with imported English clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam (B90).
At night time, you can also have your tea served with booze in a variety of vibrant cocktails.
