Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters

The folks behind Oz Specialty Coffee team up with their Thai compatriots to bring this minimalist cafe to Singapore. The place is given the all-white treatment and aside from coffee, it serves up food like tuna tartare with avocado salsa and yuzu soy dressing ($16); truffle benedict with smoked ham and truffle hollandaise ($18); red velvet pancakes with berries and mascarpone ($16); and shellfish risotto with prawn, mussels and slipper lobster ($23).
