Starting this weekend, Larder will celebrate their first birthday with a collaboration with 12 different chefs from around the city to introduce 12 new sandwiches on their menu from Jul 1-16.

The sandwiches, priced between B250 and B300, come from chefs like David Hartwig of Igniv (pretzel bun with cooked Italian ham, gruyere cheese, and cucumber pickles) and Arnie Macella of Fatboy Izakaya (sourdough, bonito tataki, heirloom tomato, pancetta, and yuzu mayo).

You’ll notice a lot of the chefs’ personality and repertoire in the dishes, such as the distinctly Italian sandwich from Paolo Vitaletti from Appia—featuring focaccia, liver stuffed porchetta, soppressata, cheese, and rocket—or Sanchit Sahu’s shokupan, potato, beetroot, tomato, cucumber, onions with peanut and coriander chutney.

Other personalities include Gerrard Villaret from Elements, Chef Tam Chudaree from Baan Tepa, Top Rusell from Mia, Alvaro Ramos from Vaso, Gabriela Espinosa, Steve Doucakis formerly of Quince, a wine bar inspired sandwich from Mod Kaew Wine Bar, and of course Adrian Klonowski from Larder.

Chef Radek Zarębiński of Cholos and The Commons Thonglor and chef Adrian Klonowski, previously of Gaa, joined forces to open Larder, last year, serving all-day sandwiches and coffee in an industrial vibe right in the heart of Phrom Phong. They also began serving breakfast earlier this year
