Gaa is one of the most important names in Bangkok’s Indian fine dining. The Michelin-star restaurant came in at No.5 on BK’s Top Tables 2022, and features some of the most inventive Indian cuisine you’ll find in Thonglor—or for most of the city for that matter.

Gaa has launched a new brand bringing fine and surprisingly affordable high-end Indian sweets to your doorstep with Marigold, featuring a wealth of mithai, chaats, and snacks from Chef Garima Arora and the Gaa team.

Available for delivery from Line (@marigold.delights) and Grab, these are some seriously elevated but unpretentious Indian bites that go easy on the sweet and heavy on the flavor.

The tiny The Naughty Peda mithai (B50) is an explosion of truffle and pecan with mathura peda and the Tropical Kadam (B50) is a more familiar flavor with coconuts around fresh mango.

But it’s not all about the sweet. You can grab a bag of savory namak parre (B100) to snack on or try the pani puri (B145) or the dahi bhalla padpi chaat (B145) with tangy green and tamarind chutney.

If you just can’t decide, grab a sampler featuring the likes of the MMM (matcha, magadamia, magic), Lychee Parle G where mithai meets cheesecake (an office favorite), and the classic kalakand made with buffalo milk.

Chef Garima Arora was India’s first woman to win a Michelin star on her own terms (and in Bangkok to boot), and is now a legendary figure in the city’s culinary world, with Indian heritage that dictates a produce-centric approach to her menus.

Opening 11am-8pm daily, the new brand also provides catering for weddings and corporate and private events.
