It’s that time of the year again when we steel our stomachs and our wallets for the annual World Gourmet Festival taking place at the Four Seasons Bangkok (155 Ratchdamri Rd., 02-126-8866). Every year, award-winning chefs from restaurants around the world come to Bangkok to cook for local foodies. This year’s line-up (still in the works) already includes chefs Ivo Adam from the restaurant Seven in Ascona (Switzerland), Anthony Demetre from Wild Honey in London (UK), Hari Nayak from Orissa in Mumbai (India) and more. The lunches, brunches, dinners and cooking demonstrations will run from Sep 5-11.
