Casa Lapin x26

A cup of darn-good coffee made with beans sourced from the Bangkok's top roasters.

Casa Lapin x26
19 May, 2014 Bangkok time

The very hip cafe Casa Lapin has opened their fourth branch, expanding the empire even further with a hostel, co-working space and flower shop. The bigger venue boasts the familiar industrial loft style of high ceilings, wooden floors and red brick walls, while big windows let in lots of light. The second floor boasts outdoor seating, perfect for soaking up the sun with the soundtrack of indie staples like King of Convenience and Sky Ferreira.

Besides a cup of coffee (espresso starts from B80), made with beans sourced from the likes of P&F, Pacamara, Roots and Brave Roasters, you can also sip some tea (B180), beers and ciders like Singha, Beerlao, BrewDog and Aspall. They plan to roast their own coffee beans soon, too. Munch on the almond brownie (B125), rich chocolate cake (B140), pork burger served with balsamic salad (B220) or wait a little while for their breakfast menu to be ready.

Soon to come on-site is a hostel and co-working space called ONEDAY l PAUSE AND FORWARD. PAUSE will feature dorm-style accommodation priced at B650-B1,900, while FORWARD is a co-working space that costs B350 per day and will offer four types of work spaces: individual desk, group work, coffee shop style and meeting room for 12-20 people. To complete the pretty Kinfolk-indebted picture, there's also a flower shop, Wallflowers.
