On the scene now for more than five years, the plush Park Hyatt’s Cocktail Bar at the Penthouse Bar and Grill pays homage to celebrities, explorers, and legends from the past.

Penthouse Bar and Grill is actually a collection of different Park Hyatt venues—Grill, Cocktail Bar, Whiskey Room, and the Mezzanine—on the 34th, 35th, and 35M floors.

The Liverpool Rocktail is inspired by John Lennon, with gin fat-washed yogurt, yellow chartreuse, Ardberg 10, Ardberg 10 Years, syrup, and Granny Smith and lemon juice. The First Step, based on Neil Armstrong, comes with Tonka-infused bourbon, syrup, grapefruit liqueur, grapefruit juice, and egg whites.

All items on the menu are B440 with the exception of the pricier Le Bisou Chic (B640), based on Coco Chanel, featuring beetroot-infused Remy Martin VSOP, Bénédictine DOM, Chambord liqueur, triple flower syrup, and lemon juice.

Ostensibly the menu comes from the “Penthouse Gentleman,” and all entries are accompanied with a little bio of the drink’s inspiration. Other characters include Salvador Dali, Eva Peron, Enzo Ferrari, Jim Thompson, Che Guevera, and Jordan Belfort.
