CONCERTS: The Asia International Guitar Festival & Competition 2015
The annual classical guitar festival organized by the Thailand Guitar Society, the Conservatory of Music (Rangsit University) and Sukosol Hotels. This year's edition sees four days of competition, masterclasses (B200 for observers) and concerts (B300 for afternoon, B600 for evening) by guitarists from all over the world, such as Roland Dyens, Gerard Abiton, Flavio Cucchi and Masao Tanibe, as well as local talents. ART: Detour of the Ego
Lek Kiatsirikajorn did a three-month residency in Paris and brings back photographs of bleak suburban rent-controlled housing, in sharp contrast with our idealized vision of Haussmanian Paris.Also launching on the same night is Living Crisis: Real Estate/Landscape, a collaborative touring exhibition by artists based in Japan, China and Thailand, initially launched back in 2011. The Bangkok edition presents reconstructed visualizations of the global economy and politics in the form of art installations, screenings and photographs. Curated by Manipa Jayawan.

Australian illusionist, magician and escape artist Cosentino makes his debut in Thailand this Jun 13 at Centara Grand Convention Center with his Twisted Reality show. Cosentino made his name in 2011 when he came second in Australia’s Got Talent, and he's since been touring the world with his inventive, modern take on classic escapology and illusions.
