Starting today, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton will be upping its game for its next seasonal menu, a new treat from the creative mind behind some of Bangkok’s hottest restaurants.
Running from Mar 6-May 31, the new menu will be Louis Vuitton’s Spirit of Travel, featuring a new spring nine course menu for lunch and the celebrated 12-course dinner.
Gaggan’s name is on the marquee, but we know it’s Chef Vix Rathour in the kitchen, and he’ll be crafting a globetrotting-themed menu for Bangkok’s fine diners.
With a blend of regional imports and Thai produce, frequent flyers will notice some familiar themes, including the “World Map” that’s so much a feature of this brand’s DNA, as well as plenty of new adventures.
Your journey begins in the unlikely land of England with a reimagined Mock Turtle Tart, then on to Vietnam for a reinterpretation of bahn mi, and the journey continues to Mexico, Paris, and more.
