Keep the brunch receipt and you can save as much as 50% on a treatment at the Grand Spa to aid the digestion.
The Pavillon’s international Sunday brunch (B1,600) at the Dusit Thani (946 Rama 4 Rd., 02-2200-9000) serves up free flow cocktails and sparkling wine while you nibble on choice bites like foie gras, Maine lobster and Pecking duck.
For riverside relaxation, head to the Bangkok Marriot Resort & Spa’s (257 Charoennakorn Rd., 02-476-0022) famous Polynesian restaurant, Trader Vic’s. Here you can knock back as many signature Mai Tais, cocktails and draught beers as you want for B1,599. Add B300 and a selection of wines will also be available.
If you are in the mood to sample culinary favourites from award-winning restaurants (Shintaro, Biscotti, Spice), then the Four Seasons (155 Rajadamri Rd., 02-126-8866) is the place to head comes Sunday. Their brunch at the Parichart Court Shopping Garden comes with free flow wines, and beers for B2,350 per person.
The shopping crowd will appreciate brunching at Centara Grand (999/99 Rama 1 Rd., 02-100-1234) in CentralWorld where the open bar features free flow of Prosecco, house white and red wines and beer for B1,490. Just be careful with your credit card as you stumble out into the mall.
