The five-course set dinner (B2,800), done by Executive Chef Nathan Chilcott, includes dishes like poached lobster and grilled red mullet with rice puree, job’s tear  and manchego cheese and roasted duck breast with blue cheese potato, cocoa and spices. 

All will be paired up with wines from La Rioja in Spain such as Deusa Nai 2011 Albariño White and Marqués de Cáceres Reserva 2008.
