Title: Bunny House
Artist: Gym & Swim

Ahead of their upcoming gig as opening act for chillwave act Neon Indian, this melodic pop band is back with their third single that somehow even catchier and more upbeat than previous offerings.

Title: Rich Man’s War Poor Man’s Blood
Artist: Solitude is Bliss

This Chiang Mai-based alternative rock band first came to our attention earlier this year for their blistering live show. This is the first country-tinged single from their upcoming studio album Her Social Anxiety which is set to launch at this weekend’s Cat Expo.

Title: Lood Jarg Fun
Artist: Ewery

It's been a couple years between drinks for this four-piece whose last single was released in 2013. Now they're back with this super-smooth slice of dreamy pop.

Title: Mun Pen Krai [Alright]
Artist: Polycat

Polycat have had an amazing transition from stylish alt-rockers to fully-fledged chart-toppers. Previous single “Pop Kun Mai” was one of the biggest hits of last year. This follow-up continures the trend; it might not be as big a smash, but it should please fans of their new identity to no end.

Title: Mod Keaw [Delete]
Artist: The Parkinson

Some say these guys should stick to the Maroon 5 covers. For us, their last track, the massive pop hit “Ja Bok Ter Wa Rak [Tell Her That I Love]", had just enough charm thanks to the jazzy vocals and heartwarming lyrics. Does “Mod Keaw” live up to the hype? Listen and decide for yourself.

Title: Lady
Artist: Casinotone

The ever-rewarding Comet Records just released their second compilation spotlight new and interesting electronic-oriented artists. Here, the record label's head honcho's band rolls out a catchy new single as a prelude to a new album early next year.

Title: No Answer
Artist: Minus 88

Minus 88 is another side-project from Comet Records' founder. While Casinotone's “Lady” channels a disco dancing vibe, “No Answer” is more experimental, more moody.

Title: Meow
Artist: Jelly Rocket

The lovely all-female pop-rock band are back after a strangely long absence from the city's festival lineup. In a word: Dreamy.

Title: Coming of Happiness
Artist: Mattnimare

After disappearing for a couple years, the highly-touted rock band are back with a second single in quick succession. The post-rock-leaning sound, goes well with the poetic lyrics—kinda reminding us how we loved Modern Dog back in the early days.

Title: Daughter and Son
Artist: My Life as Ali Thomas

We’re glad this folk band continues to write pretty song after pretty song, even after signing to Warner Music. “Daughter and Son” benefits from a little studion sheen and builds to a rousing crescendo. The debut album is on the way.

Title: To Do List
Artist: Lemon Soup

Another big comeback. Smallroom’s Lemon Soup are back after years AWOL. Not only that, this new single sees the return of the band’s original frontman, meaning it's a real return to what the band is all about.

Title: Popular Vote
Artist: Slur

Before their much-awaited new studio album hits iTunes on Nov 13, the band teased us with “Popular Vote,” whose toe-tapping melody beefits from a touch of vintage synths.
