One of the city’s best restaurants, Michelin-starred Baan Tepa, is hosting its third annual garden market this Dec 2-3, and they are bringing in some major culinary firepower from across the city to help. Running from 10am-6pm that weekend, the market’s concept is “one farmer, one chef,” and pairs top restaurants from across the city—Maison Dunand, Elements, Clara and Mia to name a few—with local farmers to create special dishes and other bites that highlight local ingredients.

The theme is very on-brand for those who know the ethos of Baan Tepa, which is housed in a refurbished ancestral home and garden formerly owned by chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam’s grandmother. The restaurant is known for its zero-waste approach and use of home-grown ingredients from the property’s backyard. It also sources local produce from farmers across the country, a philosophy that extends to the yearly market.

Apart from the on-theme creations, attendees can feast on other freshly cooked meals and browse through natural harvests while vibing to some live music.

The list of collaborations include Baan Tepa and Chicken from Go Organics, Elements inspired by Ciel Bleu and Beef from Kiss Me Farm, Clara and Happy Grocers, Radek and Chiang Rai’s Black Pig Farmer, Mia and Tankhun Organic Chicken Farm, Maison Dunand and local coffee farmer Left Hand Roaster.
