Try the herbal Red Lantern (B320), a mix of yuzu sake, lemongrass and ginger vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon and yellow chartreuse, or for something more easy-drinking, go for the gin-based Larsen Iceberg (B270), featuring rhubarb, ginger, blue grapefruit tonic and sea salt.
