The newly-opened CrossFit Arena has caused a stir among competitors thanks to its affiliation with two of the city’s most popular instructors, Uracha Teerawanitsan and Keerawat Srirungroungjit.
Here, they put the emphasis on group workouts and constantly changing WODs (workouts of the day). The schedule changes regularly, but hour-long classes run daily from 7am-8pm. Allotted open gym hours also allow you to make your own use of the Olympic lifting platforms, plates and barbells.
An all-access drop-in sets you back B600, open gym drop-in is B450 and personal training sessions start from B2,500. Monthly packages begin at B3,000.
