Stray from the usual run-of-the-mill workouts and try something a little more adventurous with the crew led by Team Farang. The lessons aim to transform free-running into a practical and fun movement-based workout. The classes include Ninja Kids (9-15 years olds) and Parkour Spirit for adults, starting from indoor beginner to outdoor advanced. There’s also personal training for those building confidence and private group training for friends. Prices start from B500/person for a 45-minute drop-in.
