Bangkok Community Theater will be putting on four shows over three nights of ‘Legally Blonde: The Musical’. What, like it's hard?
It is actually. “Legally Blonde: The Musical”, based on the 2001 film Legally Blonde starring
Reese Witherspoon, follows Elle Woods to Harvard Law School in pursuit of love. For their latest performance, the shows will begin on Friday, Nov 20 with a night show at 7:30pm, and there will be two shows on Saturday at 2:30pm and 7:30pm. The final show will be a 2:30pm matinee on Sunday.
Performed in English with Thai subtitles, there is a 15 minute interval for the two and a half hour show. All performances will be at the Bangkok Prep International School Auditorium.
You’ll remember Bangkok Community Theater’s previous big name performances, including “The Importance of Being Earnest” and most recently “Mama Mia”.
The musical version is packed with big musical numbers, high-energy dancing, of course, plenty of valley girl jokes. Bangkok Community Theatre is expecting an expected audience of 1,600 across the run, and tickets are available now.
