18 things to do in Bangkok this weekend (May 7-10)
6 May, 2026 Bangkok time

If Bangkok has an off switch, it’s not around this weekend. Between a city-wide caffeine takeover, DJs stacked across rooftops and basements, and just enough wholesome Sunday plans to reset the damage, May 7–10 is doing a bit of everything, and doing it loudly. One minute it’s baristas and brew geeks going head-to-head, the next it’s techno 78 floors up or drum and bass in a dark room somewhere off the main drag.

There’s range, too. Big-stage pop, low-lit comedy, live bands, casual game nights, and a surprising amount of things to do with your mom that don’t feel like an obligation. Pick a lane or bounce between a few, this is one of those weekends where staying in starts to feel like a missed opportunity.
