BANGKOK RESTAURANT

Omakase Ki Shin

A sleek yet laid-back omakase counter in Thonglor.

With two 12-person seatings per night, this omakase counter sees former Sushi Zo chef Satoshi Tsuru preside over seasonal tasting menus. Guests are treated to sushi bites incorporating premium ingredients like uni in two tiers: B4,900 for an appetizer, around 12 pieces of sushi and two desserts; and B6,900 for three appetizers, around 14 pieces of sushi and two desserts.

Combining his experiences working in Tokyo and New York, chef Satoshi creates a fun and laid-back atmosphere. A hip hop soundtrack pervades the classic yet modern space with its mix of brown leather seats, natural wood, Japanese murals and black walls, with a large window looking out over Thonglor.
