The Moluccas Room opens at Marina Bay Sands

Another dining spot vying for your attention at Singapore's grandest shopping arcade.

The Moluccas Room has opened at Marina Bay Sands, featuring executive chef Alicia Tivey's contemporary Indonesian cuisine. 

Chow down on sate ayam Madura (chicken stay skewers, $22) and Angus steak rendang ($35), as well as unique interpretations like confit Sakura ayam tuturaga (chicken confit dressed with a Sulawesi spiced-curry, $28) and gula melaka ice cream ($8).
