Arch Enemy - May 21

Arch Enemy, a Swedish melodeath metal band, is set to take the stage at Mr Fox Live House. The band, along with charismatic lead singer Alissa White-Gluz, will play a combination of hits from their eleven albums, including their most recent release, War Eternal. Purchase tickets here
 

Radwimps - May 23

Radwimps, a Japanese four-piece rock band, the Hans Zimmer of anime films, is coming to Bangkok. With their instrumental melodies in record-breaking films "Your Name" and "Weathering With You," which won the Japanese Academy Award for Best Original Score, get ready to hear them live at UOB Live (Emsphere). Fatty’s Fest XII May 24-26

Everyone’s favorite Din Daeng dive is turning 12 this May. And, frankly, everyone is going to be there. At last count 18 bands are going to be performing—and they’re still counting. From the Porter Bhoys and Selassie Sound System to Turbo Star and the Plague Pits, they’re putting it all on the line. More info here

 

Treasure - May 24-26

Treasure, a K-pop boy band, has announced a new Asia tour and they're treating us to a three-night show in Bangkok's Impact Arena. Since their debut in 2021, the boyband has been a global sensation, selling over one million CDs in just five months. More info on the tour here
 

JP Saxe - May 25

The Ginger heart throb (no, the other one) JP Sax will be bringing his dulcet angelic voice to Bangkok Lido Connect Hall 3 as part of the Grey Area World Tour. “If the World Was Ending” with Julia Michaels is a whole mood. Tickets here.
 
 

Gayle - May 27

Her first time ever in Asia (and that’s the name of the tour) Gayle will be hitting Lido Connect in May. If you haven’t heard her angsty teen poppy breakup anthem “abcdefu,” we’re not even sure where you’ve been. Tickets here.

Jamiversary - June 7-8

Fatty’s isn’t the only special birthday this year. Jam, the BAD Awards Best Live Music Bar pick for 2024, is celebrating their 12th year (minus some hiccups) with a whole weekend of live music from across the spectrum, as well as their beloved Friday night bathroom singing. More info here

 

 

NCT Dream - June 22 and 23

A can’t miss for K-pop fans, the darlings of NCT dream will be making viewers swoon for two nights at Rajamangala National Stadium as part of their Dream Scape tour. Sadly, tickets are (officially) sold out, but keep your ear to the ground. Tickets here

 

Atarashii Gakko! - June 23

Their name literally translates as “New School Leaders” and they consist of four members, Mizyu, Rin, Suzuka, and Kanon. Their varied personalities and high-energy dance routines have garnered a large following online.

 

IU - June 29-30

South Korea's top singer-songwriter and actress, IU, is on a global tour and will stop at Impact Challenger Hall for two days.  IU has been in the scene since a young age and is well-known for routinely delivering songs that hit number one on the charts without fail. Prepare to listen to her pop-charting tunes and ballads, including "Lilac," "Eight," and "BBIBBI." More info on the tour here

Peach Pit - July 4

With openers Penny Time and Lord Liar Boots, the lovable Canucks from Peach Pit will take the stage in Bangkok on July 4 for a concert as part of the Jamnight International Series by Jameson and Have You Heard. Since 2017, this quirky band has captured our hearts. Tickets here

Summer Sonic Bangkok - August 24-25

Summer Sonic, the renowned Japanese music festival, is making its way to Bangkok for the first time. The festival will take place at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani for two days. We're certain that the Bangkok lineup will be just as spectacular as the ambitious lineup in Japan, which features headlining acts like Maneskin, Bring Me The Horizon, Aurora, One Republic, Bleachers, Madison Beer, and more. Olivia Rodrigo - September 16

As part of her sophomore album “Guts” world tour,  the “Driver’s License” teen pop rock sensation Olivia Rodrigo is finally pulling up at Bangkok on Sep 16, 2024. With chart-topping hits that range from heart-wrenching ballads like “Vampire” to teenage angst-addled bops like “Get Him Back!,” Rodrigo turned her overnight pandemic success into a breakout career. Aespa - September 28-29

Aespa, a K-pop four-piece girl group, is heading to Bangkok this September. Known for their futuristic “avatars,” which connect users in a virtual environment, Aespa garnered widespread fame for their tracks and music videos for “Black Mamba” and “Next Level.” Their music blends pop, electronica, and hip-hop. Techmission / Transmission / Hardmission - October 11-13

This event kicks off three separate days of festival going for you EDM heads out here. The party starts off at Bitec Bangna for acts like Nakadia, Space 92, and Trym at Techmission, and the next day slows down with Transmission for a trance-filled fest. And, finally, the big guns: Hardmission—the second ever of its kind Hardstyle lineup. Tickets here

(G)I-DLE World Tour - October 19

The K-pop sensation (G)I-DLE lands in Bangkok for a one-night show this October. This sensational girl group has been turning out hits since 2018, and the band will be hitting Taipei before their debut Bangkok show. Tickets here

Porter Robinson - Nov 24

The pop, electronic star Porter Robinson comes to Bangkok from No Cal for a one-night-show. The creative tunes include hits like "Sad Machine," "Shelter," and "Something Comforting." Tickets here

Rolling Loud - November 22-24

Pattaya is set to host the second edition of Hip Hop’s biggest festival, Rolling Loud, spanning three days in November. Building on its successful debut in 2023, with powerhouse headliners Travis Scott, Cardi B, and local acts like Milli and Thaitanium. Rolling Loud in LA this year included headliners, Nicki Minaj, Post Malone, and Lil Uzi Vert, and anticipation is high for an epic lineup in Thailand. Info here.

 

Maho Rasop - November 23-24

Join Bangkok’s party elites at Maho Rasop, a two-dayer international music festival. They’ve already started teasing us about the lineup. And with an outstanding line-up of varied genres, up-and-coming local and international artists, and a Boiler Room last year that left fans excited for another year, we know it’s only going to get better. Wonderfruit - December 12-16

Only recently announcing their festival dates, Wonderfruit is, of course, returning for 2024.  The festival debuted in 2014 and remains a must-attend event for music, festival, and art enthusiasts all over Southeast Asia. The four-day festival “The Burning Man of Asia,” features underground music from world-renowned DJs, up-and-coming artists, and local Thai bands. More info here.

 

808 Festival - TBA

Don't miss out on the 808 Festival, which is packed with electronic hits. Following performances by Marshmello, David Guetta, Timmy Trumpet, and others at last year's event, it is expected to return bigger and better than ever in 2024. Neon Countdown - Dec 30-31

Yes, we’re already talking about New Year 2025. Last year's lineup included Sebastian Ingrosso, Axwell, DJ Snack, and Hardwell, so we know this year's list will include top heavyweights ready to send off 2024 in style. But in the meantime, get psyched for the fireworks displays and art installations.
