Pattaya's just welcomed a slick new brunch cafe that doesn't feel much like Pattaya.
Dripoly (www.fb.com/dripoly) sits in the city's "health lifestyle" community mall, The Commons (hey, that sounds familiar), where it serves up superfood salads, various pastries, cold-pressed juices and drip and espresso coffee (B80 for a latte) made from locally sourced beans.
The monochrome, polygon-shaped space comes adorned with hanging plants and welcomes lots of natural light, setting the scene for a long lunch of dishes like 6-hour-roasted pulled pork wrap, waffle with strawberry and banana or just a tub of Guss Damn Good ice cream.
If you're not an early riser, good news is brunch is served till 3pm.
