Basic Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Workshop

Calling all chocoholics! Do you have a dream of being a way less creepy Willy Wonka? Here’s your chance to get deep into the chocolate business. This workshop will cover an overview of the chocolate business and its market in Thailand and abroad, run through the basic process of cocoa fermentation, teach the basic ingredients in chocolate production, and finally show how to make bean-to-bar chocolate from scratch.

Reiki Workshop

ROAR

Taking inspiration from the pandemic, ROAR is a group exhibition curated by Charnchai Siriwittayacharoen from Pagoda the Art Club to commemorate the Year of the Tiger. From losing our loved ones to struggling to survive in the industry, these are difficult times, so to motivate visitors this exhibition signifies strength and perseverance.
