To celebrate the holiday season and Stage's first anniversary, Chef Sainisa “Jay” Sangsingkeaw will welcome former boss and head of the now-closed Robuchon, Chef Olivier Limousin for an exclusive two-night dinner this Dec 3-4.

Chef Olivier, who now heads his own private dining company, “L’Executif Chef," will team up with his previous brigade for a two-night French love affair showcasing their personal interpretation of their favorite French classics with, of course, a contemporary twist. Decadent highlights from the menu include Le Caviar, lobster consommé in a jelly form, topped with creme du Barry and Kristal caviar a L’Oursin; homemade savoury choux pastry stuffed with sour cream and chives, topped with premium Bafun uni from Japan; and the La Truffe Noire, homemade tart served with onion confit and bacon, topped with aromatic shaved winter black truffle from Périgord, France.

You’ll also have the chance to savor one of the signature dishes from Chef Olivier, the La Langoustine, which consists of langoustine ravioli with black truffle and a luscious foie gras sauce.

The menu will set you back B10,000, but it comes with guaranteed decadence and wine pairing is included. The dinner is from 7pm onwards.
