With renowned pastry chef Saki Hoshino of Samlor (previously 80/20), the craft ice cream brand Yora will serve lunch on the weekend starting Jul 16-17.

Set in Samlor, the lunch runs from 11am to 2pm. On top of the Japanese comfort foods like Japanese curry with rice (B200-300), you can also expect some dishes with Thai influences like the Maze Soba (B280)—homemade udon that comes with soy dashi, onsen egg, prik noom, tomato, siam tulip, okra, betel leaf, mushroom, roselle, and ginger.

All desserts are priced at B280 and there are some Thai twists with the Yora ice cream—like the Khanom Chun (coconut & pandan Thai mochi, served with caramelized palm coconut ice cream) and the Bua Loy Nam King (egoma dumplings & sauce, ginger granita, ginger crumble). Coffee comes courtesy of Left Hand Roasters.

Yora started as a delivery concept in 2020 during the lockdown. On any other day, you can still grab Yora inside Samlor.
