Fresh off being named the top restaurant in Bangkok by Top Tables last week, chef Mauro Colagreco is taking over the kitchen at Capella Bangkok’s Cote by Mauro Colagreco for 3 dinners from Nov 30 to Dec 2 from 6-10pm.

Chef Mauro Colagreco and chef Davide Garavaglia will join forces for the occasion, presenting menus featuring Mediterranean riviera flavors while embracing traditional Thai cuisine with fresh produces from Capella’s greenhouse and from organic growers around the country.

The nine-course “Carte Blanche” tasting menu is priced at B12,000. Wine and champagne pairings curated by Capella’s very own sommelier Thanakorn “Jay” Bottorff are also available with additional costs.
