Located in the small community mall No. 88 in Thonglor, Sushi Kanda’s Japanese chef Takahiro Hato is particularly strict about sourcing only the best quality ingredients from his home country. As its name suggests, this place focuses only on sushi so you might as well opt for the omakase option where the chef chooses your dinner, but do ask to sample the decadent uni (sea urchin) sushi.
