A couple whose daughter is allergic to dairy have opened an American-style diner with a catch: all the shakes are made with organic soy milk.
Soya Soyum’s plush red-and-yellow bar serves organic soya by cup (B35 for hot and B40 for cold) with toppings starting at B10, as well as blended soy shakes (B120) made using fresh fruit and natural honey as a sweetener.
