Tucked in a quiet area of Sukhumvit Soi 39, The Ocean Brew is a cafe expansion of the family-run diving business.
The owner serves up inventive fusion-style dessert recipes while her son, who designed the cafe, is responsible for the drinks.
Try the Ocean Blue Velvet (B135), a Japanese-style blueberry cream cheese chiffon cake topped with white chocolate sea shell or the Thai Silk Cake (B125), a sangkaya-filled chiffon cake with foi thong (sweet shredded egg yolk), thong yib (sweet egg yolk cup) and vanilla sauce.
