Thammachart Seafood zeroes in on one specific ingredient at its kiosk at The Commons. 

Thammachart Seafood, the seafood importer whose products are available at supermarkets all over Bangkok, and also the group behind The Dock counter restaurant at EmQuartier and Paragon, zeroes in on one specific ingredient at its latest kiosk at The Commons. 

Named The Lobster Lab, the place serves freshly-caught lobster from either Canada or Maine. The star lobster rolls (B690) feature 60g of lobster meat stuffed inside a house-made brioche, topped with a choice of New England-style mayonnaise, tom yum-inspired sauce or Mexican-style sauce and served with a side of fries. 

Of course, you can also get a whole steamed lobster at B1,690 (700-800g) with garlic-butter or spicy seafood sauce, as well as oak-smoked lobster salad (B690), lobster chowder (B290) and lobster spaghetti (B690).

Refresh with a cloudy lemonade (B150).
