Ekkamai’s sleek home of Melbourne-style coffee culture, Kaizen, has relocated just up the road from its former home in Tai Ping Tower.
Now with its very own standalone spot surrounded by greenery, the pared-back decor and scientific coffee prep remain—try the Nitro Cold Brew (B150), pour-over or one of their coffee and ice cream concoctions—but cakes, breads, pastries and even pastas are now all made in-house.
Big brekkies comes in the form of scrambled or fried organic eggs on quinoa sourdough with sauteed greens and grilled tomatoes (from B220) and the vegan-friendly mushroom and kale focaccia with house pumpkin butter (B210).
Go healthy with a miso chicken and shallots salad doused in anchovy dressing (B285).
