New burger truck Fat U Homemade Burger developed its saffron brioche buns in collaboration with Bangkok bread-men extraordinaire Conkey’s in order to deliver a fragrant buttery hit to the signature “Fat My Life” burger—baked tomato and caramelized onion with your choice of pork (B220) or beef (B230). 

The owner, Pattrayuth Peantham, comes from a Le Cordon Bleu cooking background, and is currently looking for a permanent spot to park up.
