Replacing L’Appart on the 32nd-floor rooftop of Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, this new Belgian bistro doesn’t stray all too far from its predecessor’s French roots. Food does, however, take a more casual approach, ditching the flowery French creations for more everyday moules frites (from B590), cote de boeuf (B2,950) and Belgian waffles (B290). There is also, of course, an impressive selection of over 30 Belgian beers, featuring everything from Vadett White (B300) and Delirium Tremens (B350) to Floris Mango (B280).
