From a small yellow food truck to an open-air bistro on Chiang Mai’s Nimmanhaemin Road, Beast Burger has now made its way to Bangkok with Beast & Butter. Housed in a narrow, bright yellow shop in Thonglor, the restaurant features eight beer taps pouring everything from Italian larger to English IPA, and signature American-style burgers by chef Panthakit “Bond” Sadudeewong, with soft brioche buns, juicy patties, caramelized onions, cheese, bacon, organic lettuce and “beast sauce” (B230). Also on the menu is Australian wagyu flank steak (B690) served with jaew and chimichurri sauce. Top it all off with tater tots (B110) or bacon-jalapeno mac and cheese (B200).
