Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin

Specializing in tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet), Ginza Bairin was established in 1927; and was the first tonkatsu restaurant in Ginza. It was the first to offer the wildly popular “bite‑size katsu,” special tonkatsu sauce and the delicious katsu sandwich.
