This ramen chain's five Bangkok branches are known for their quality Japanese food, big portions and frigid air conditioning. The latest, Ramen Tei Premium, offers a more extensive menu in a contemporary Japanese setting with both counter service at the open kitchen and a few small tables. Note that besides authentic hearty Japanese dishes like katsu curry rice and syoyu ramen, the restaurant also serves shark fin.
