Run by Anupas "Kong" Premanuwat and Elaine Sun (Kangkao, Ku Bar), the shophouse is the kind of Kinfolk-baiting enterprise so many cafes aspire to these days—vintage wood furniture, floral arrangements and old magazines for sale, a knob-tailed cat roaming the premises, the original concrete walls stripped bare and distressed.
