Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

With over 48 branches worldwide, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka just landed in Bangkok a few months ago. The place is particularly proud of its 16-hour pork bone soup which uses the same recipe as the original Hokkaido branch. Other signature dishes are Shio ramen (ramen with salt flavored soup), Tokusen Toroniku (ramen with roasted pork cheek) and Kurobuta gyoza (juicy Kurobuta pork dumpling).
