The reimagined space shifts from laid-back afternoons with juices and smoothies to twilight cocktails by Jane Kaew-yod, the award-winning bartender crowned Thailand’s best in 2018. His menu features Japanese-inspired creations like the Umeshu Spritz and Rosé Lips, served alongside shareable small plates until 10:30pm. At 6:30pm, the bar also hosts its “Sunset Ceremony,” a candle-lighting ritual drawn from local naga folklore that turns sundown into a spectacle. Not staying overnight? Complimentary five-minute speedboat transfers from Phuket are available with advance booking.
