Fresh off of launching a new cocktail menu earlier this month, Zuma at the plush St. Regis Bangkok is inviting Jay Gray from Sago House in Singapore for a guest shift.

On February 22, Jay Gray will be slinging cocktails from 8-11pm. The bartender has mixed drinks in England, Sydney, and Singapore, and has been named the 73rd most influential in the industry by Bar World 100.

Sago House ranked as No.31 in Asia's 50 Best Bars and 51 in World’s Best Bars. Over the last three years Jay and his two partners have also opened the tropical Low Tide, and he is also the founder of Kes-Sho glassware, which produces hand-blown, ultra-thin cocktail glasses.

Earlier this month, Zuma launched a new cocktail menu from Italian Davide Sambo, Japanese Garden, emphasizing minimalism and umami sub-notes. If you miss Jay’s shift, try the Matsuri Martini, mixing sakura mancino vermouth, Beefeater 24 gin, three ways of sakura, and silky flower tea yogurt. Pro tip: ask Sambo about his Japanese vermouth collection.
