Oktoberfest: Helping us make inadvisable decisions with beer-induced heartburn since 1810. Yes, Oktoberfest starts in September. Don’t be weird about it. In fact, it’s been going for a while now, but a lot of events in Bangkok are just getting going. If you’re sick of negronis from Negroni Week, it’s time to switch from liquor to beer (never fear). We’ve had one hell of a year for craft beer, so we’re ready.
Oktoberfest at Hemingway’s Bangkok - Sep 26-28, Oct 3-5

It’s Hemingway’s so you can expect live entertainment from bands and DJs as well as fun al fresco times on the deck, but they’re also featuring special drinks, schnitzel, pork knuckle, German sausages, pretzels, and more.
Oktoberfest 2025 @Marche Thonglor - Sep 26 - Oct 5

Londoner Oktoberfest - Oct 1

This favorite brewpub turns on the taps for the first day of October. Expect good beers in big steins. Of course, smaller beers are available, but if you’re not drinking out of a liter stein, what are you even doing? You’ll find Erdinger, Londoner Pilsner for BOGO, and bottled German beers to go with a selection of traditional German traditional eats.
Oktoberfest at Tribe - Oct 1-31

Tribe is pretty fashionable and not the type of place you’d expect to be going all in on Oktoberfest for a whole month. But they are. You’ll find classic German dishes—from sausages to pork knuckle—on their Oktoberfest platter, along with a two-hour freeflow promotion on craft beer and cocktails.
Oktoberfest at Chithole Royal River - Oct 3-4

Look, you don’t need us to tell you about the brand from the original Chitbeer. It’s a seminal craft beer space. They’re opening everywhere. They’re absolutely killing it, so of course they’re getting in on Oktoberfest again. What you do need to know for this event is that a Thai singer who sounds like Tom Waits (Phut Pakin) will be playing, and that is a must-see.
Oktoberfest Goji Kitchen + Bar - Oct 3-5

It’s not just about the beer. Here you’ll find smoked and cured meats, cheeses, and German delicacies galore, including crispy golden pork schnitzel, Bavarian roasted pork knuckle with crispy crackling, and slow-cooked beef goulash. The weekend dinner buffet starts at 5:30pm, and the Saturday and Sunday brunches kick off at noon.
Oktoberfest at Old German Beerhouse - Oct 22, Oct 24

Held on a Wednesday and Friday next month, you know Old German Beerhouse is getting into the spirit. B500 gets you in the door and buys you a half liter of beer. Expect tunes from the Anton Show Band. They’re encouraging people to dress in lederhosen, so we’ll just see how that goes.
Alexander's German Eatery - Oct 23-Oct 25, Oct 30-Nov 1

Across two event weekends as October draws to a close, this party starts at 6pm. B500 gets you in the door and you’ll get a welcome drink. At this spot, already known for its German food, they’ll be putting on a live band for every evening of the event.
