Dishes will feature the full gamut of luxury ingredients, including golden Oscetra caviar with ulua (giant trevally), Hudson Valley foie gras with Asian pear, sought-after matsutake mushrooms with black truffle custard, Hokkaido scallops and A5 Miyazaki wagyu.
