Introducing Bangkok’s New Japanese Dining Hotspot, High Hat Sushi Bar

There’s yet another Japanese dining hotspot in town with the arrival of High Hat Sushi Bar (Petchburi Soi 47 [Soi Soonvijai], Yaek 1, 02-716-7495). Here, the stylish grey-hued décor is topped off by hanging lamps in the shape of oversized bowler hats, while the kitchen serves up Japanese fusion dishes like hamachi with jalapeno (B520), scallop with sweet corn (B350) and mango green tea macadamia rolls (B150).
