The “Beyond the Lobby” video series with Warisa “Natty” Neranartkomol continues as BK Magazine heads to the riverside.

In this edition, Natty travels to the Hilton Garden Inn Riverside to speak with Hotel Manager Khun Ing Ing. While Hilton Garden Inn Riverside is a great spot for IconSiam, one of the country’s most impressive lifestyle and shopping destinations, Hilton Garden Inn Riverside makes for an ideal space to explore this side of the city.

“Wat Pak Nam, you can see the giant Buddha, which is like 69 meters tall. After you pray to the Buddha, you go to feed bread to the catfish. Local people believe that it will bring good luck to you,” Khun Ing Ing says, describing one of the many hidden gems around this part of the city. We get more tips on Bangkok with everything from a temple to the mighty Guan Yu to retro cafes.

Khun Ing Ing gives us the inside on the food and beverage scene in this neighborhood, including spaces like Tala Phu for the full-on street food experience — complete with some Insta-worthy train shots.
