The team behind the well-known Thai restaurant Issaya Siamese Club recently opened Issaya Cooking Studio in Central Embassy (LG/F), which offers course from the likes of Issaya’s Chef Ian Kittichai alongside guests such as Chef Luca Appino from La Bottega Di Luca and Belgian chocolatier Laurent Gerbaud.

Courses are priced from B2,000-B4,500 and cover topics like sous-vide techniques, cocktails and pasta making, while you can also learn your favorite Issaya recipes, from nam jim (dipping sauces) to pastes, curries and their innovative desserts.

And don’t forget to grab some Thai-inspired desserts from Issaya La Patisserie on the fifth-floor before you leave the mall, too.
