They will be hooked up with cameras so that they can record the licence plate numbers of any naughty drivers, who will then receive a ticket in the post. Exactly how a big lump of plastic is going to tell who’s being naughty and who’s not is unclear, but then that’s never bothered the real policemen in the past.
