The world’s most popular blogging program by Google, Inc. Super easy to use, and if you already have Gmail account, there’s no need to sign up. There are all sorts of pre-designed templates to choose from, so you won’t need to be able to edit in HTML (or even know what HTML is). But then, of course, you’ll be settling for the same ones used by millions of other people.

The other biggie when it comes to blogging, LiveJournal makes blogrolling easy, thanks to a Friend list that allows you to keep track of your friends’ blogs, and vice versa.

Wordpress (www.wordpress.com)
