Part of Rasayana Retreat, this bio-organic eatery serves a wide variety of raw food, tonics and juices. In order to boost inner health and outer beauty through detoxification and rebuilding of organisms, the café uses ingredients that are rinsed in purified water and ozonated to insure they’re as clean as they can get. Try wheat grass juice, which contains chlorophyll to cleanse the bloodstream. Other dishes include eggplant lasagna and rich-in-carrot cake. Reservations are recommended. Parking available.
